To directly support women human rights defenders in Africa, Asia & the Pacific, or Latin America & the Caribbean, direct a gift to our sister funds: Urgent Action Fund-Africa, Urgent Action Fund-Latin America, or Urgent Action Fund Asia & Pacific.
- Urgent Action Fund provides fiscal sponsorship for gifts from US donors to our sister funds. Make a donation and designate Urgent Action Fund-Africa, Urgent Action Fund-Latin America, or Urgent Action Fund – Asia & Pacific in the special designation field and we will ensure that it reaches them.

Leave a Legacy for Women’s Human Rights
Leaving a legacy by making a gift through your will or estate plan is an amazing way to support the women’s human rights activists of the future. Advantages include:
- An ability to support future generations working for the human rights and equality of women and girls.
- More than 60% of all Americans die without a will, leaving the decisions about their assets completely out of their control at the time of death. By setting up a plan now, you can ensure that your assets are allocated in a way that expresses your most cherished values.
- You may be eligible for an estate tax deduction, and there is no upper limit on the estate tax deduction for charitable bequests, like those to Urgent Action Fund. This means you can allocate more of your money to the causes and people you want to support.

Combined Federal Campaign
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the annual workplace giving program for federal employees. Each year federal employees and military personnel raise millions of dollars for charity by choosing to donate a portion of their salary. If you or someone you know works for the federal government, please consider making a donation to Urgent Action Fund through the CFC. This year, Urgent Action Fund
is participating as a member of the Human and Civil Rights Organizations of America federation.
During the enrollment period of September–December, federal employees are provided with a pledge card or web address to indicate the charity they are interested in supporting.
