All grantees are required to submit a final report 3 months after a grant is approved. Please use this space to tell us how your Urgent Action Fund grant has made an impact.
Please include photos if possible. In the case of non-confidential grants, photos help us to tell the story of your work. This can help to get the word out about your work to audiences you may not be able to reach otherwise, and it also helps us to raise money for our Rapid Response Grantmaking program.
